We want you to be happy with the items you receive from us and will take back any items you are not satisfied with if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. Following are instructions for returns and damage claims.

Return Policy:

If you are not happy with an item that you receive, return it within 30 days in the origional packing and let us know if you would like an exchange, refund or credit to a future purchase.

• Name
• Address
• Daytime phone number and/or email address
• Please tell us your reason for returning your purchase to assist us in providing the best possible service and statues.

We do not accept COD shipping charges without authorization.

If An Item Is Damaged In Shipping:

We pack with great care, however sometimes items can still be damaged. If this happens, we must be contacted within 10 days for us to have adequate time to collect from the shippers. Please call 760.298.0717 or email us and we will give you return instructions. Please retain all packing materials for inspection.
